Pruña Colada
Pineapple, coconut, and a touch of lime over prune’s deep sweetness. Yes, we put the lime in the coconut.
Prunes · Pineapple · Coconut · Lime · Sea salt Tropical & brightA snack bar unapologetically built on the fruit clinically shown to support bone health. Three flavors, three completely different bars.
We didn’t hide them behind chocolate coating and wishful thinking. We built the whole bar around them: rich and naturally sweet. Better than you’d expect.
“Wait — if this is prunes, why is it so good?”
Almost every food known for bone health works by delivering calcium. Prunes don’t. They’re loaded with polyphenols, which appear to calm the inflammation that breaks bone down in the first place. And bones are just the beginning.
Vitamin K, minerals, and plant compounds, the mix your bones actually use. Every Pruven bar contains a full serving of prunes. One bar, one serving, done.
Fiber and prunes’ own natural sorbitol keep things moving. Everyone loves a perfect poop; we just said it out loud.
Prunes are naturally low glycemic: slow-burning sweetness that carries you through the afternoon instead of dropping you at 3pm.

Pick your favorite. Prunes are the foundation, not the flavor.

Prunes · Cacao · Coconut · Sea salt Dark & richPruven started with one unexpected ingredient, and one unexpected diagnosis.
After learning I had osteopenia, I did all the things. I bought a weighted vest, tried very hard to remember to take calcium supplements, and briefly considered a vibration plate.
One day I came across a post claiming that prunes could help prevent bone loss.
It sounded too strange to be true. So I fact-checked it. The research was real.
I became the person carrying little baggies of prunes everywhere I went. It worked... but it wasn’t exactly convenient, and it certainly wasn’t exciting.
That led to a simple question: if prunes have such compelling research behind them, why aren’t there great prune snacks?
So we decided to make the snack we wished existed: a genuinely delicious bar built unapologetically around prunes.
